Ribosomal Protein L7A (RPL7A) is a ribosomal protein which is a component of the 60S subunit. RPL7A protein is a member of the L7AE family of ribosomal proteins. RPL7A interacts with a subclass of nuclear hormone receptors, including thyroid hormone receptor, and hinder their ability to transactivate by inhibiting their binding to their DNA response elements
